This is soooo shiny!
These two pictures are without topcoat. Topcoat makes it crinkle and lose some of it’s holo-awesome-ness. Especially the fast-drying ones!
As you can see here, it has become more matte and crinkled after putting on a layer of clear polish. Topcoat would have made it crinkle like cracle-polish 😛
